Return and Refund
Our policy refunds or returns any custom items only if product is damaged of defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving product. For our jewelry all you have to do is send us a picture of the damaged product and we will send you a new item as soon as possible. Due to items being customized we do not accept exchanges because these pieces are made for you and cannot be restocked. Customers are held responsible for shipping costs of returning item and are responsible for paying customs.
