Returns and Refund
Unfortunately due to a majority of our products being customizable and order productions beginning almost immediately after purchase we cannot cancel orders.
RefundsWe offer a 100% money back guarantee on customizable products that are defective or damaged during shipping but the customer must send proof of the damage. Just let us know and we will provide a replacement. For our jewelry, if you receive a defective item or a wrong order then please provide a video and picture of the items and we will send you a new remade product. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for our customizable items.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the product has been delivered. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
I have not received my refund?Please contact your credit card company as the refund might take some time (3-6 working days) before a refund is posted. If it does not appear then please contact your bank because there might be a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received a refund and contacted your credit card company and bank then please contact us.
How much money will I receive if I bought a customizable item on sale?You will be refunded the sale price of the item
I received the wrong order?Wrong orders for customizable items can be refunded or replaced when a customer sends pictures and a video of the wrong order. For our jewelry we will remake the order and send it to you free of charge without you having to return the product.
ReturnsReturns for customizable products are only accepted if the products arrives defective or a wrong order is made. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for the customizable item being returned.
