Material
Our necklace is a petite ribbon shaped pendant finished with 14K white gold over stainless steel, and is embellished with dainty clear crystals surrounded by a sparkling 7mm round cut Cubic Zirconia. Our messages are printed on perforated cards.
Chain Length
The adjustable cable chain allows the necklace to be worn at 18" to 22" in length.

Allergies
316L stainless steel is low reaction, with minimum nickel content. Customers sensitive to nickel can pick a product that's finished with 14K or 18K Gold, as these don't react.
Care Advice
-It's fine if our jewelry becomes wet just make sure to dry it afterwards! We do recommend you minimize exposure to water if possible
-If our jewelry gets dirty clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth.
-Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment.
-When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item.
-While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked.
Estimated Processing Time: 1-5 business days
Most of our jewelry with message cards have a processing time of 1-3 days. Our engraved and graphical jewelry has longer processing times. The product will arrive based on processing time and shipping time.
Return and Refund
- Our 100% risk free guarantee refunds or returns any items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving product. We require you send us a picture of the damaged product and we will send you a new item as soon as possible.
- Due to items being customized we do not accept exchanges because these pieces are made for you and cannot be restocked.
- Customers are held responsible for shipping costs of returning items.
